Job Description
Job Summary As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Duties
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with night audit procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel management practices
