In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, managing guest inquiries, and maintaining impeccable guest relations during overnight hours. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience while efficiently handling reservations and guest requests. Manage guest check-outs with accuracy, ensuring all billing details are correct and addressing any concerns promptly. Oversee overnight operations as a Night Auditor, reconciling daily financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring all accounts are balanced accurately. Respond to guest inquiries via phone or in person with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Maintain a clean, organized front desk area that reflects the high standards of hospitality management. Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism, offering solutions that enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests during your shift. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality roles, especially at the front desk or as a night auditor. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient guest communication. Exceptional guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality excellence and personalized service. Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with resort operations or large-scale hotels is preferred but not required. A positive attitude, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are essential for success in this energetic role.
