Front Desk and Kids Klub Associate LA Fitness - 3.1 Dallas, TX Job Details Part-time From $11 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications Bilingual Guest relations Basic math Attention to detail Grocery store Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk and/or Kids Klub Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet guests upon arrival and check them in/out efficiently while ensuring all necessary information is collected. Manage reservations and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a focus on customer satisfaction. Process payments accurately using the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure guest needs are met. Promote hotel services and upsell additional offerings to enhance guest experience. Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information or directing calls as necessary. Experience Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, ideally within a hospitality or grocery store setting. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash register operations. Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist a diverse clientele. Strong phone etiquette to ensure clear communication with guests over the phone. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
