Grand Hyatt DFW, located inside Dallas Fort Worth Airport Terminal D, is steps from TSA checkpoints and offers direct access to all terminals. Front Office associates are responsible for the guest registration process andmunication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and wee guests in a friendly and professional manner. Check guests in and out efficiently, following hotel procedures. Process payments, verify billing information, and handle cash and credit transactions. Manage reservations and room assignments using the hotel's property management system. Respond to guest inquiries, requests, andplaints promptly and courteously. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure timely service. Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Handle phone calls, emails, and messages professionally. Maintain accurate records and reports related to guest stays and front desk operations. Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness, appearance, and hospitality.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality is a plus)
  • Previous experience in customer service or front desk preferred
  • Strongmunication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS) is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
