This freelancer should be prepared to work in a fast-paced work environment and will be part of our freelance program having gained broad experience in various aspects of the destination and the company. A freelance program with us can show you the ins-and-outs' of this industry. You will get to work on projects that will help us grow and improve our operations You will spend your time on: Welcoming and checking in/ out our Guests at the beginning and end of their stay. Problem resolution pre, during and post-stay and providing solutions for grievances Facilitating all guest upgrades, including stocked fridges, airport transfers among others Reviewing our homes before the Guests arrive, liaising with Property Managers and Owners to quickly solve any problems before or during our Guests' stay. Any other duties and responsibilities as determined by the local team with appropriate training.
You:
Speak English fluently, additional languages will be considered a plus Are available on a flexible on-call basis Can multi-task. Are excited to learn new skills. Love to meet new people, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Are not afraid to be a bold and outside the box thinker. Are passionate about the travel industry, hospitality, and tourism.
