We are seeking polished, customer-focused hospitality and restaurant professionals to join the Guest Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-end hotel launch and grow within an upscale hospitality environment. Open Guest Services Positions Front Desk Agent Customer Service Associate Valet Attendant Key Responsibilities (Varies by Role) Provide exceptional service to hotel guests Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes Offer concierge-level recommendations and local information Assist with luggage handling and guest arrivals/departures Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely (Valet roles) Maintain a professional appearance and positive guest experience Communicate effectively with hotel departments Qualifications Previous hospitality, hotel, or customer service experience preferred Professional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation for shifts at the hotel
