In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel during the overnight hours, ensuring seamless guest experiences while managing essential administrative and operational tasks. Your energetic and detail-oriented approach will help uphold our commitment to exceptional guest services, smooth night operations, and a secure environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for hospitality, this is your opportunity to shine! Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and guest support Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, reservations, and billing to ensure accuracy and completeness Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, performing routine property inspections, and controlling access to the premises Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries for management review Support guest relations by providing local information, amenities details, and ensuring a welcoming environment throughout the night Skills Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality setting Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently Familiarity with guest services protocols, hotel policies, and security procedures Ability to remain alert during overnight shifts while managing multiple responsibilities with energy and focus This role offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of our hospitality team while developing your skills in hotel management and guest relations.
