THE ROLE
As a Front Desk Agent, you are the heartbeat of our hotel — the first smile guests see when they arrive and the last impression they carry home. You will work rotating A, B, and C shifts (morning, afternoon, and overnight), and we need someone who is reliable on weekdays and weekends alike.
SHIFT SCHEDULE A
Shift (Morning): Approximately 7:00 AM
  • 3:00 PM B Shift (Afternoon/Evening): Approximately 3:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM C Shift (Overnight/Audit): Approximately 11:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM Weekday and weekend availability required — rotating schedule
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Welcome and check in/out guests with warmth and professionalism Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest accounts in the PEP property management system Handle phone calls, guest inquiries, and special requests efficiently Process payments and maintain accurate cash and credit card balancing Resolve guest concerns with a calm, solutions-first approach Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness Complete night audit tasks and reporting on C Shift as assigned Uphold all Hampton by Hilton brand standards in every guest interaction
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR A
genuine people person who enjoys helping others High school diploma or GED required Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred — we will train the right attitude Familiarity with Hilton PEP PMS a plus Strong communicator; bilingual English/Spanish a plus Reliable, punctual, and able to work all three shifts including overnights when needed Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
