Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations. Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly, providing solutions to enhance their stay. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Process reservations accurately using hotel management software. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Experience Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling phone systems effectively. Background in hospitality management is advantageous but not required.
