Part Time Health, Dental & Vision Insurance provided For Full Time Employees Minute Suites- DFW International Airport Minute Suites offers private suites inside security that are clean, quiet, and safe. Guests are able to work, nap, relax, shower, & more! We are currently hiring for a full-time overnight guest experience agent (GEA) who is outgoing, fun, & and highly motivated in fulfilling memorable guest experiences. GEA's will be paid $16/hr plus commissions and tips on suites sales and retail merchandise items.
Important Job Functions will include:
Possesses knowledge of all Minute Suites services and products. Maintain a highly groomed appearance Adequately explain services and routinely handle guest check-ins. Assertive suggestive selling at the beginning and end of guest experiences. Ensure that the store is clean and well organized at all times. Maintaining merchandise and visual displays Performing routine inventory counts Properly clean and organize suites to ensure quality Minimum Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality and retail appreciated Extraordinary customer service standards and integrity Able to stand and be attentive for 8 hours Basic computer knowledge necessary, including Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. (associate will be trained on POS) Excellent communication skills Positive attitude with an outgoing nature Flexible availability including overnights , weekends, and holidays High School Diploma or GED required Bi-Lingual is a plus
