Job Description

What you will be doing Welcome and assist guests with a positive and professional attitude Complete guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently Process reservations, room assignments, payments, and guest requests Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions Respond promptly to guest concerns and resolve issues with care and professionalism Maintain accurate guest records and follow hotel procedures Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Follow all safety, security, and brand standards
Qualifications:
Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to remain calm and professional when handling guest concerns Must be available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Ability to work independently and as part of a team Computer skills and experience with hotel systems preferred
