Front Desk Agent Gardner Hotel - 5.0 El Paso, TX Job Details Part-time From $10.50 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Spanish Customer communication English Attention to detail Full Job Description Gardner Hotel & Hostel - Downtown El Paso The historic Gardner Hotel & Hostel is looking for a dependable, friendly, and self-motivated Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position combines guest service with light hotel operations and requires someone who is comfortable staying busy and helping wherever needed. Responsibilities Check guests in and out Answer phones, emails, and guest inquiries Process reservations and payments Provide excellent customer service to hotel and hostel guests Monitor and inspect guest rooms to ensure housekeeping standards are met Communicate housekeeping and maintenance needs to staff Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and common areas Assist with basic property upkeep and daily hotel operations Help resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and stay organized Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable being on your feet and performing light physical work Basic computer skills Hotel, hostel, or customer service experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Schedule Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Part-time and full-time positions available About Us The Gardner Hotel & Hostel has welcomed travelers from around the world for more than 100 years.
