HOTEL FRONT DESK CLERK DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Fantastic opportunity!
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule helpful and a plus.
Rotating shifts include; evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Work 5 days off 2 days.
  • Arrives before scheduled shift.
  • Presents well-groomed representing self and hotel daily.
  • Welcome guests with a smile in a respectful and friendly manner.
  • Ability to use a computer.
  • Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations.
  • Verify customers identification and credentials at all times.
  • Process payments for guests and present receipts to them for services rendered.
  • Respond to guest issues and complaints in an attentive, friendly and timely manner.
  • Great verbal communication skills, exceptional interpersonal communication.
  • Ability to communicate with coworkers and other departments with professionalism and respect.
  • Maintains a professional relationship with all supervisors, coworkers, vendors and guests.
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and or pull and lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Maintains high standards for work areas and appearance.
