We're looking for a reliable, customer-focused Overnight Front Desk Agent (Night Audit) to join our team. This position plays an important role in ensuring our guests have a safe, welcoming, and seamless experience throughout the night.

Schedule Overnight Shift:

11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Part time: 3-4 shifts per week Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Responsibilities Welcome and check in late-arriving guests with exceptional customer service. Process guest check-outs and respond promptly to guest requests. Perform the nightly audit and balance daily financial reports. Answer phone calls and make reservations. Ensure the lobby and front desk remain clean, organized, and presentable. Conduct routine security walks of the property. Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to communicate overnight issues. Follow hotel brand standards and company policies. Qualifications Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Strong computer and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Dependable with strong attention to detail. Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
