Join our dynamic hospitality team as an Evening Front Desk Agent, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests during the evening hours. In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining a warm, professional atmosphere. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help foster guest satisfaction and operational excellence throughout your shift. Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and routing calls as needed. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience. Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management review. Maintain guest relations by offering personalized service, addressing concerns, and ensuring comfort throughout their stay. Monitor security protocols at the front desk and lobby area to ensure guest safety and hotel property security. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to address guest needs swiftly and effectively. Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations. Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures. Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems. Familiarity with resort or hotel environments, emphasizing guest relations and hospitality standards. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism while maintaining a positive attitude.
