Job Overview Are you friendly, professional, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Wildcatter Ranch & Resort is looking for an enthusiastic Front Desk Attendant to be the welcoming face of our authentic Texas ranch resort. At Wildcatter Ranch, every guest deserves genuine Texas hospitality from the moment they arrive. If you enjoy meeting new people, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of an amazing team, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude. Check guests in and out efficiently. Answer phones and assist with reservations. Book ranch activities and provide information about the resort. Process guest payments and maintain accurate records. Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally. Work closely with housekeeping, activities, and restaurant staff to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Keep the front desk organized, clean, and inviting. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to multitask in a busy environment. Basic computer skills (hotel software experience is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate).
