As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and check them into their rooms Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries Process payments and maintain accurate records Assist guests with any needs or requests Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:
