Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Service Agent, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this vibrant role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest feels valued, comfortable, and cared for from check-in to check-out. Your energy and professionalism will set the tone for an exceptional stay, fostering guest loyalty and positive reviews. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in experience using efficient front desk procedures. Manage guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills. Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately while maintaining up-to-date records. Assist guests with their needs during their stay, including providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly. Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and a proactive attitude to resolve issues swiftly. Support night audit procedures when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles within the hospitality industry; hotel experience is highly preferred. Strong communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a significant advantage. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems to efficiently handle reservations and guest interactions. Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding guest services with a friendly, energetic demeanor. Familiarity with hospitality management principles, including guest relations and resort operations. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for night audit shifts or peak times.
