Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are urgently hiring a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our busy hotel team. As the face of the hotel, you will provide exceptional customer service by managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and resolving inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests during arrival and departure Process payments and issue room keys Respond promptly to guest questions and concerns Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance Maintain accurate reservation records
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of customer service experience preferred, Comfortable using hotel reservation software, Strong communication and problem-solving skills & Able to stand for long periods and work weekends This hotel is operated by Propel Management LLC, an award-winning hotel owner and approved third party operator of both independent and branded hotels. Based in San Antonio Texas, we currently operate hotels in both Texas and Colorado.
