This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, providing exceptional customer service, and serving as the first point of contact for guests, visitors, or clients. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, managing reservations or appointments, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who enters the facility. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth daily operations while delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Guest & Visitor Services Greet guests, visitors, and clients in a professional and welcoming manner. Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, requests, and concerns. Provide accurate information regarding services, facilities, products, or company policies. Assist guests with check-in, check-out, registration, or appointment processes as applicable. Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally. Respond to customer concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary. Maintain a positive and professional image at all times. Reception & Administrative Support Manage front desk operations and maintain an organized reception area. Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments, reservations, or bookings. Maintain visitor logs, records, and documentation accurately. Process payments, invoices, receipts, and related transactions when required. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely assistance and service delivery. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Monitor office supplies and report replenishment needs. Facility & Operations Support Ensure the reception and waiting areas remain clean, organized, and presentable. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance. Support company events, meetings, and guest arrangements as needed. Follow company procedures, security protocols, and compliance guidelines. Report maintenance, safety, or operational concerns to the appropriate personnel. Team Collaboration Work closely with management and other departments to ensure excellent customer service. Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and professional development activities. Communicate effectively with colleagues regarding guest needs and operational updates. Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment. What We're Looking For Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and scheduling systems. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required. Previous experience in reception, front desk operations, customer service, hospitality, or administrative support is preferred but not required.
