Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Front Desk Agent will play a crucial role in guest relations and hotel operations. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations. Conduct night audits as required to ensure financial accuracy. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Utilize phone systems effectively for reservations and guest communication. Assist in managing hotel management software for bookings and billing. Provide information about local attractions, services, and hotel amenities. Skills Previous experience in a hotel or front desk environment is preferred. Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Bilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse guests. Knowledge of hospitality management principles is advantageous. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Ability to operate phone systems and hotel management software efficiently. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
