In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management tasks. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive experience for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise in a dynamic environment. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle scheduling, calendar management, and appointment setting for staff or departments Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records Support office management tasks such as supply ordering, mail handling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Assist with clerical duties including typing reports, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email and escalating issues when necessary Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong clerical skills Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus but not required Personal assistant experience or familiarity with bookkeeping software like QuickBooks is advantageous Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Join us as a Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact that sets the tone for our organization's welcoming environment.
