This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring smooth operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, be proficient in phone etiquette, and have a passion for hospitality management. Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as they can enhance our guest relations. Responsibilities Greet and check-in guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. Manage phone systems efficiently, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and professionally. Perform night audit duties, including balancing accounts and preparing financial reports. Address guest concerns or complaints with a focus on resolution and satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met. Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security for guests and staff. Requirements Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred. Strong knowledge of guest services and hospitality management principles. Proficient in phone etiquette with excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently during night shifts while managing multiple tasks effectively. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous but not required; training will be provided. Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
