Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence Manage front desk operations efficiently, including check-in/check-out procedures and reservation handling using multi-line phone systems Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring all needs are met with a positive attitude Assist guests with special requests, such as room changes or amenities, enhancing their overall experience Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details while adhering to phone etiquette standards Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight Foster strong guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and providing personalized service tailored to diverse needs Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred Bilingual or multilingual skills are a significant advantage for communicating with a diverse guest base Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems enhances efficiency in daily tasks Experience in guest services roles within resorts or hotels demonstrates your ability to deliver exceptional hospitality Knowledge of guest relations strategies and customer service best practices is essential for creating memorable stays Prior involvement in night audit procedures or hotel management functions is a plus but not mandatory A background in hospitality or related fields will help you excel in managing guest interactions with professionalism and warmth
