In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a professional and inviting environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously. Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with promptness and clarity. Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and document proofreading to support administrative operations. Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks, and general clerical duties. Assist with customer support by addressing questions or concerns promptly while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Skills Proven experience in front desk or office administration roles with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools. Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, clerical procedures, and office management practices. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing accurate records. Experience in customer service roles such as dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant positions is highly desirable.
