Responsibilities Greet guests warmly with a friendly smile, providing excellent customer service from arrival to departure Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions Maintain the front desk area's cleanliness and organization to create an inviting environment Assist with night audit procedures when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management Support guest relations by addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring positive experiences Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage for communicating with diverse guests Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems enhances efficiency in this role Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management principles Knowledge of guest services, guest relations, and phone etiquette to deliver outstanding guest experiences Experience working in resort or hotel environments is beneficial but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key Ability to handle night audit responsibilities confidently when scheduled This energetic role invites motivated individuals who thrive in lively environments and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences.
