What You'll Be Doing Greeting guests and creating an amazing first impression Answering multiple phone lines Booking, modifying, and confirming appointments Checking guests in and out Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Laundry, light cleaning, and restocking supplies Inventory ordering and organization Preparing complimentary beverages for guests Running occasional bank deposits and change orders (reliable transportation required) Supporting the team with daily operations and special projects What Makes Someone Successful Here At Henley's, our front desk team is the face of the business. We are specifically looking for someone who has availability for: Evenings Weekends Because these are our busiest times, applicants must have flexible availability during nights and weekends. Important Notes This is not a behind-the-scenes office position. You'll be interacting with guests throughout your shift and helping keep the shop running smoothly.
