This role is vital in delivering exceptional guest experiences by managing front desk operations efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities with enthusiasm. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in/check-out processes Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance to callers Utilize Opera Property Management System to check guests in and out, update reservations, and manage room assignments Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction and guest relations excellence Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs efficiently Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing details, and special requests using Opera PMS Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy Qualifications Proven experience working at a front desk in a hotel or resort environment with extensive Opera PMS knowledge Strong understanding of hospitality management principles and guest services standards Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Excellent communication skills with impeccable phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently Knowledge of hotel management operations, including night audit procedures and guest relations strategies Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience in customer service roles within the hospitality industry is preferred Join our team where your energetic approach to hospitality will shine!
