Front Desk Agent & Night Audit

Guest Service Agent / Night Audit Job Summary We are looking for a dependable and guest-focused team member to join our hotel in a combined Guest Service Agent / Night Audit role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service and is comfortable working a flexible schedule that may include overnight shifts. This role supports daily front desk operations as well as overnight audit responsibilities, helping ensure a smooth guest experience around the clock. Key Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately Take, record, cancel reservations and manage wake-up calls Answer phones promptly and courteously Maintain accurate guest folios and daily paperwork Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing daily transactions Prepare audit reports, deposits, and summaries Verify room rates and charges for accuracy Monitor room availability and handle special guest requests Prepare and replenish breakfast items during overnight shifts Maintain cleanliness of the front desk, lobby, and public areas Assist with folding linens and light housekeeping tasks as needed Follow emergency procedures and hotel policies Support guest satisfaction and service score goals Perform additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Basic math and organizational skills Ability to work independently, especially during overnight shifts Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Reliable attendance and professional appearance Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 40-60 lbs Why Join Our Team Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunity to gain experience in both front desk and night audit operations Consistent scheduling opportunities Be part of a team that
