Job Responsibilities:

• Opening and closing the location
• Managing the flow of guests in and out of the location
• Managing the Reservation Book
• Checking guests in and out of the location
• Educating guests on EWC's programs, offers and promotions
• Educating guests on Strut 365™ Product Portfolio
• Ensuring the register is accurate
• Following all Corporate Policies and procedures
• Creating a memorable guest experience by utilizing EWC terminology, tailoring the talking points/scripted examples and being knowledgeable of the responses to the FAQ's.
