Conduct seamless check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with 5-star service standards. Anticipate guest preferences by reviewing guest history profiles, notes, and VIP statuses prior to arrival. Collaborate closely with the Concierge, Bell, and Housekeeping teams to arrange special amenities, room preferences, and seamless luggage transitions. Actively listen to and resolve guest concerns with empathy, authority, and elegance, ensuring no guest leaves unsatisfied. 2. Administrative & Financial Precision Manage guest registration, room assignments, and key issuance with strict adherence to guest privacy and security protocols. Process payments, verify billing details, and post charges accurately to guest folios using the Property Management System (PMS). Maintain a precise cash drawer and complete end-of-shift audits and drop procedures. Handle sensitive guest data and credit card information with the utmost confidentiality. 3. Resort Ambience & Standards Maintain an immaculate, sophisticated, and organized front desk environment. Uphold flawless personal grooming, posture, and uniform standards as dictated by luxury resort guidelines. Stay deeply knowledgeable about all resort offerings, including fine dining menus, spa treatments, golf course schedules, and exclusive local excursions.

PM Skills:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role within a 4- or 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or high-end hospitality environment.

Qualifications:
Must be able to commute to Sonora, TX. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. The ability to articulate thoughts clearly, elegantly, and professionally is paramount.
Tech-Savviness:
Proficiency with luxury Property Management Systems Extended periods of standing (up to 8 hours per shift) behind the reception desk. Occasional lifting or moving of light luggage or amenities (up to 25 lbs). Working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
Problem-Solving:
Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm, gracious, and resourceful under pressure.
Flexibility:
