As the first point of contact for guests, this role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming and efficient guest experience. Pay Approximately $10.00 per hour, depending on experience Key Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and efficiently check them in and out Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner Manage reservations and maintain accurate guest records Process payments and issue receipts Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly Assist with general administrative and front desk tasks Communicate effectively with leadership regarding issues and proposed solutions Schedule Morning and evening shifts primarily available Flexibility required, including occasional night shifts Qualifications The ideal candidate will be: Dependable and coachable A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team Skilled in communication and organization Strong in time management and multitasking Capable of critical thinking and problem-solving Able to anticipate challenges and present solutions to leadership Positive, professional, and customer-focused
Preferred:
