Your energetic and friendly approach will create a positive first impression, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your customer service skills, hospitality management expertise, and multilingual abilities in a vibrant hotel environment. You'll handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and coordinate with various departments to deliver seamless guest experiences—all while maintaining professionalism and efficiency during your shift. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using hotel management software. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls efficiently. Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented mindset to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate reservation records, update guest profiles, and process payments securely. Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly. Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards to foster a welcoming atmosphere at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions professionally. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively. Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software is preferred. Familiarity with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise. Previous hotel experience demonstrating hospitality management capabilities is advantageous.
