In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management tasks. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will ensure a smooth flow of daily activities, creating a professional and friendly environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a dynamic team. Hours Are 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm Duties Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries efficiently, directing calls appropriately Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for scheduling, correspondence, and document management Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment setting, and organizing meeting Provide customer support by addressing questions promptly and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Requirements . Must have one or more years of same or similar Brand hotel front desk experience Proven office or clerical experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effective Must be efficient with working on flexible schedule Join us in delivering outstanding service while sharpening your administrative skills!
