In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing friendly, efficient service that ensures their stay is memorable and comfortable. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will shine as you manage check-ins, handle guest inquiries, and coordinate with various hotel departments. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and directing calls appropriately. Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries with a positive attitude to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and billing details using hotel management software. Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records. Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences and encourage repeat visits. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly and effectively. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and guest relations best practices. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards. Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
