Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Maintain accurate reservation records, room assignments, and billing information while adhering to hotel policies Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to close daily operations Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options to enhance guest experiences Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests and vendors across multiple communication channels Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts is highly preferred Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and excellent communication abilities Knowledge of hotel management systems, reservation software, and multi-line phone systems Ability to handle night audit responsibilities and work flexible hours including evenings or overnight shifts Familiarity with guest relations practices, hotel policies, and hospitality industry standards Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing guest information and reservations Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality expertise shines!
