Job Description
- Fluent in Spanish is mandatory.
- Must be able multi-task and work with multiple platforms.
- Understanding PC, basic computer skills and typing.
- Work with high volume calls.
- Provide excellent customer service and have a genuine interest in making people feel welcome using your smile and positive nature.
- Use reservations software to manage bookings and maintain up‑to‑date records
- Assist guests with questions, process reservations, cancellations, update changes quickly and accurately.
- Respond to emails, 3rd party messaging, website chat and in‑person inquiries.
- Communicate campground rules, safety guidelines, and policies.
- Demonstrate proper use of reservations and guest notes, ensure to communicate all guest information and requests.
- Communicate and assist with company staff.
- Assist with check‑ins and check‑outs.
- Must be professional, articulate and punctual during escalating calls.
- Openness to learn, grow and develop skills.
