Hotel Front Desk Agent We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join the team at the Fairfield InnSuites Snyder, TX. As part of our organization, you will join a company that takes pride in delivering exceptional Marriott guest service, valuing our associates as our greatest asset, and providing strong returns to our business partners and owners. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently while consistently delivering outstanding Marriottstandard guest service. This role requires adherence to basic accounting procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies. Maintaining guest safety and security is essential, and the Front Desk Agent plays a critical role in ensuring every guest enjoys a pleasant, safe, and secure stay. Key responsibilities include welcoming guests, answering questions, offering recommendations about the hotel and local area, and ensuring all interactions reflect Marriott's service expectations. Achieving and exceeding key Marriott metrics-such as Intent to Recommend and Elite Appreciation-through positive guest survey results is a vital component of this position. Recognizing and rewarding Marriott Bonvoy members, as well as enrolling new members to meet or exceed required quotas, is also essential. All duties must be performed in alignment with the hotel's established policies and procedures.
