Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and attentive Lobby Attendant to create a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests and visitors. In this role, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring that the lobby area remains clean, organized, and inviting at all times. Your energetic presence will set the tone for a positive guest experience, while your dedication to cleanliness and hospitality will uphold our high standards of service. Duties Maintain cleanliness of the lobby area, including floors, furniture, windows, and fixtures through regular cleaning and floor care Perform janitorial tasks such as dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation to ensure a spotless environment Conduct industrial cleaning tasks when necessary to uphold hygiene standards in high-traffic areas Assist with basic housekeeping management duties, including organizing supplies and coordinating with custodial staff Monitor lobby for safety hazards or maintenance issues and report them promptly Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality, hotel services, or custodial roles with a focus on cleanliness and customer service Strong background in cleaning, floor care, and janitorial tasks within commercial or industrial settings Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures related to custodial work Ability to work independently with attention to detail while maintaining a lively and positive attitude Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests, visitors, and team members Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Lobby Attendant and be part of a passionate team dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional cleanliness and hospitality!
