Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where you'll be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. This energetic role requires a proactive individual who thrives on creating memorable guest interactions, managing reservations, and maintaining smooth front desk operations. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will set the tone for a positive stay, making you an essential part of our hospitality family. Duties Greet guests warmly with a friendly, professional demeanor, providing outstanding customer service throughout their stay Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and routing calls appropriately Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, modifications, and special requests to enhance their experience Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and room assignments while ensuring confidentiality Conduct night audits when required, reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports for management Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and issues are promptly resolved Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and offering personalized service to exceed expectations Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with a strong background in front desk operations Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred to serve diverse guest populations effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional appearance Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is highly desirable Previous experience in night audit procedures or guest services roles is advantageous Ability to remain energetic, organized, and attentive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality expertise makes every guest feel valued! $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
