Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent at our Home 2 Temple Texas location! In this energetic role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience. Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest inquiries promptly and courteously. Handle guest requests efficiently, including room assignments, concierge services, and resolving concerns to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information using hotel management software. Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy. Assist with guest relations by providing local information, directions, and personalized recommendations. Support front desk operations by managing guest check-outs, processing payments securely, and ensuring smooth transitions for departing guests. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations; previous hotel experience is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally and efficiently. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with international guests. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is desirable. Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest interaction. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for shift coverage.
