What you'll do Greet guests with a warm smile and assist with check-in and check-out procedures to ensure a seamless experience. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guests' stay. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to manage incoming calls efficiently. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs effectively. Basic qualifications Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality. Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus. Preferred qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations. Familiarity with night audit processes and procedures. Experience working in a resort or similar hospitality environment. Knowledge of guest relations best practices.
