We are excited to announce the upcoming opening of our brand‑new Home2 Suites and are now hiring Front Desk Team Members for all shifts . This is a great opportunity to join a hotel team at the ground level and help create an outstanding guest experience from the very beginning. Position Overview As a Front Desk Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests—providing exceptional service, handling reservations, and ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out process. We are looking for friendly, dependable, and guest‑focused individuals who take pride in hospitality. Shifts Available Morning (AM) Evening (PM) Overnight / Night Audit Full‑time and Part‑time positions available Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with a warm and professional attitude Perform check‑in and check‑out procedures using hotel systems Handle guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly Answer phones and manage reservations Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams Maintain brand standards and deliver excellent customer service Complete night audit duties when scheduled (overnight shift) Qualifications Customer service or hospitality experience preferred Hotel front desk experience a plus, but not required Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Strong communication and computer skills Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Dependable, team‑oriented, and detail‑focused Why Join Us? Pay:

$12.50 - $14.50 per hour
