This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while working in a lively, guest-focused setting. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience. Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest inquiries promptly and courteously. Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using hotel management software. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences. Assist with night audit procedures when scheduled, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and reporting. Respond swiftly to guest requests or concerns, resolving issues with a positive attitude and professionalism. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all guest-related materials are readily accessible. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, with a strong focus on customer service. Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world. Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, guest relations, and night audit processes. Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner and proficiency in multi-line phone systems. Strong organizational skills to manage reservations, guest requests, and administrative tasks efficiently. Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly while maintaining a positive attitude.
