Front Desk Agent

We are looking for a Full time employee to add to our team. We are looking for someone who can work at least 4-5 evening shifts a week (3pm-11pm) shift. We would like someone who is open to all days, including holidays and weekends. Knowledge of computers and phone etiquette preferred. No previous hotel knowledge is required.

Job Duties:

Maintains an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments. Possesses a working knowledge of the reservations department. Takes same day reservations and future reservations when necessary. Knows cancellation procedures. Knows room locations, types of rooms available, and room rates. Registers arriving guests and assigns rooms. Manages and resolves all guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Processes guest check-outs and handles monetary transactions. Maintains customers' privacy. Maintains a high level of professional appearance and demeanor. Replenishes and stocks the breakfast area during breakfast hours as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
