Front Desk Associate - Night Audit Fairfield Inn-Assurance Hospitality Draper, UT Job Details Part-time | Full-time $16 - $17 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Computer operation Customer communication Night audit Attention to detail Organizational skills Accounting support Full Job Description Hotel Night Auditor (Full-Time M-F) We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hotel team. This position is responsible for overseeing front desk operations during overnight hours, assisting guests, balancing daily financial transactions, and ensuring accurate reporting at the end of each business day.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests during overnight shifts Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests Reconcile daily financial transactions and run audit reports Maintain accurate records and cash handling procedures Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries professionally Help ensure hotel safety and security during overnight hours
Qualifications:
Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred Basic computer and accounting skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently overnight Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Schedule:
Overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
