Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and committed Front Desk Agent to join our team at OK3 Air, an airport hospitality company, servicing the Heber City, Park City, Sundance and surrounding areas. As a vital part of our Front Desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless processes, and performing front desk operations. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the guest services industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers and guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Respond to customer and guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guests feel valued and respected.
- Utilize aviation software to manage front desk operations, including invoicing and reporting.
- Develop a strong understanding of company policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with all standards.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with other team members and company departments to ensure seamless customer and guest experiences.
- Perform opening and/or closing duty operations and ensuring all reports are accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the company and surrounding areas, including amenities and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies are readily available.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4-6 years of previous experience in a front desk/customer service, guest services role.
- Proficiency in using multiple operating software programs simultaneously. 4 years minimum experience in Windows/Microsoft programs/Point Of Sale programs, etc...
- Answering telephone calls in a professional manner and thinking ahead of customers' needs.
- Strong understanding of hospitality and guest relations principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends and some Holidays.
- Aviation background is not necessary, but would be considered highly valuable.
- -7 days/week Summer operation hours(Daylight Savings Mar-Nov): 07:30-18:30

FULL TIME 34-40
hours/week.WEEKENDS ARE
MANDATORY, as operations are 7 days/week. 4-6 weeks on-the-job paid training, including but not limited to, learning the basics of the aviation ground support industry. 90-day probationary period. Pay base starts @ $19.00 per hour with a potential increase at 90-days. Merit increases are reviewed upon performance after 10 months of continuous employment and annually thereafter.
