FRONT DESK AGENTS
The Canyons Collection is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Front Desk Agent to join our boutique hotel team. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of front desk or hospitality experience who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest service. Position Overview As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless stay from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in guests with professionalism and warmth Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries Process reservations and payments accurately Provide local recommendations and concierge-style service Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally Collaborate with housekeeping and management to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of front desk experience preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Comfortable using computers and reservation systems Detail-oriented and able to multitask Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on a daily basis Ability to go up and down stairs multiple times throughout the shift Must be available to work weekends and holidays
