Starting at $14/hr+ (Depends on Experience) Includes raises and commission based on performance

Morning Shift:
7:00 AM
  • 3:00
PM Evening Shift:
3:00 PM

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage guest reservations i.e. check-ins, check-outs, and complete reservations online & over the phone Processing credit card & cash transactions Effectively coordinate with all other hotel departments to provide Superior Service Daily Activity Reports and deposit drops Maintaining Front Desk and Hotel Lobby clean and organized. Weekly deep cleaning assigned Doing property & pool checks Occasional package shipment or receiving Manage incoming guest calls and reservations Sales skills for new reservations including rates and availability Comprehensive knowledge of the property i.e. room types, amenities, breakfast service, etc. Approachable, hospitable demeanor when interacting with guests in person and over the phone Abide by company policies and ensure guest security by following procedures as set forth in Company Handbook Being able and willing to perform other tasks that may be asked by management including flexible work hours
