Starting at $15/hour+ (depending on experience), with opportunities for raises and commission based on performance

Key Responsibilities:
Manage guest reservations i.e. check-ins, check-outs, reservations online & over the phone Processing credit card & cash transactions Coordinating with other departments for high level of service Daily Activity Reports and deposit drops Lobby & work area to be cleaned and well maintained; weekly deep cleaning assigned Property & pool checks Occasional package shipment or receiving Manage incoming customer calls Sales skills for new reservations including rates and availability Comprehensive knowledge of the property i.e. room types, amenities, breakfast service, etc. Approachable, hospitable demeanor when interacting with guests in person and over the phone Ensure guest security by following procedures set forth by the handbook Abide by company policies set forth by the handbook including dress code, reliability, reporting to manager, etc. Able and willing to perform other tasks that may be asked by management including flexible work hours
Requirements:
